ATO Updates

The ATO has now further strengthened their security measures to protect clients from fraud and identity-related theft. This means that all businesses with an ABN (excluding sole traders) will need to nominate Smartax as their agent before we can add you to our client list.

If you have a partnership, trust, or company, and would like to engage Smartax as your tax agent, please follow our guide attached here

We are open Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4.30pm.

That depends on how much work there is to be done before it can be lodged. For simple tax returns, an individual starts at $180, and a couple starts at $340 (including GST).

You can pay by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX), EFTPOS & cash.

No – we cannot do same day refunds.

For a simple Income Tax Return around 15-20 minutes.
